All offers, orders and agreements of Hello Turco are subject to the attached General Terms and Conditions (GTC). The acceptance of an offer or the placing of an order implies that the Buyer automatically accepts the provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions.All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements covered by these General Terms and Conditions, and under this condition, are applicable under German law and jurisdiction. In case of translation or explanation of the content of Hello Turco's website, the German version of the text on this website and these General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
1. General These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all sales and agreements between Hello Turco and the consumer, whereby Hello Turco shall apply these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing. When items are ordered from Hello Turco, the buyer automatically accepts the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Orders Once an order is placed, the consumer will receive an email directly confirming the details of the order and the total cost associated with the order. All orders will be shipped within five business days of receipt of payment from the consumer. In the event of a technical malfunction, but falling under the category of circumstances beyond the control ofHello Turco, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. Hello Turco will keep the consumer informed of the status of the order.We strive to keep our website (www.helloturco.com) as up to date as possible. However, there is a possibility that a particular product may no longer be available, in which case we will contact the consumer as soon as possible. A product must be delivered to the consumer within 30 days of the order and payment. IfHello Turco does not comply with this, the consumer can immediately cancel the order contract. However, this is not possible if the parties involved have previously agreed on a different delivery period.
3. Prices and paymentAll prices stated on Hello Turco's website are in euros and include VAT. Consumers can pay Hello Turco electronically in various ways. The different payment methods are indicated on the website under the title "Payment". The order will be shipped as soon as Hello Turco has received the payment for the order.
4. Delivery The delivery time is indicative and therefore not guaranteed. However, the final delivery time will not be more than one week beyond the stated delivery time, unless there is a case of "force majeure". The order will be processed and shipped within five working days after receipt of payment. Hello Turco cannot be held responsible if the Post Office is unable to deliver the order to the consumer on time.
5. Transfer of ownership
The ownership of the goods is transferred only after the related obligations of the buyer have been fulfilled. At the time of transfer of ownership, i.e. at the time of delivery of the items, product liability is transferred to the buyer.
6. Money-back guarantee
If the consumer, for whatever reason, does not wish to keep the item, he has the right to return the item to Hello Turco within 14 days of receiving the item. The consumer must first notify Hello Turco of his intention in writing by email and follow all other return conditions and instructions provided by Hello Turco. This warranty does not apply if the item has been worn or washed or if the consumer has attempted to repair or alter the item in any way. Returns will only be accepted if they are shipped in the original undamaged packaging and the tags are still attached to the merchandise. Shipping costs for returned merchandise will be borne entirely by the consumer. Hello Turco will not refund shipping costs for returned goods under any circumstances. If the return instructions have been followed exactly, Hello Turco will refund the consumer for the returned item(s) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Right of withdrawal

8. Data protection
Hello Turco takes great care to ensure that all consumer personal information is handled with the utmost care and security. Hello Turco will not disclose the consumer's personal data to third parties, unless the data is necessary for the execution of the order. When an order is placed, Hello Turco requires the consumer's name, billing and shipping address, and payment information so that the order can be processed. The payment data is only used to complete the payment process. If the consumer has subscribed to our newsletter or RSS, his personal data will be used to inform him about changes in our assortment, special offers, website improvements and other relevant information about Hello Turco. Records of website visits are kept for statistical purposes. Information about the number of visitors and frequency of visits to our website is used for internal research and website improvement. Hello Turco cannot accept any liability for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the website. Hello Turco cannot be held responsible for typographical or printing errors that may convey an incorrect sale price. In this case Hello Turco will adjust the price as soon as possible. The actual color of the products may differ from the colors displayed on computer screens. Hello Turco cannot be held responsible for color variations due to the quality of the screens. The position and size of the actual appliqués and/or sequins on the garments may differ slightly from what is shown on the website. Hello Turco cannot be held liable for this. Certain links on the Website may provide access to websites and information used and maintained by third parties. Hello Turco has no control over these websites and is not responsible for the content of these websites.
10. Force majeure Notwithstanding any other legal rights, in the event of force majeure, Hello Turco shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to cancel your order or dissolve the purchase agreement without judicial intervention by notifying the customer in writing. The customer shall not be entitled to any compensation unless this would be unreasonable under the circumstances according to the standards of reasonableness and fairness.

The reproduction, use or distribution of information from the websites of Hello Turco without prior written permission is illegal. Visitors and users of the Hello Turco website cannot claim any rights to the information on the website. No text or graphics from the Hello Turco web pages may be copied, in whole or in part, or used publicly for printing, photocopying, faxing, overwriting, inclusion in an electronic database or other reproduction purposes.
