If our product does not meet your standards for any reason then you will be entitled to refund or swap your order or other items within your order. 

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you must send an email to hello@helloturco.com stating your purpose and justification for returning / exchanging the specific item from your order in writing. You must indicate the particular product(s) you wish to return / exchange in this document, and provide us with the order number and your bank account number. And please let us know the reason for the return / exchange so we can continue to develop our product and service. 

You may then post the package to HELLO TURCO with the object you want to return / exchange. Our return address is:

Please Note: Packages without a track & trace will not be accepted.

When we have confirmed that the returned product has been issued in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding return postage costs) within 10 working days of the confirmation email to your bank account.

Returned or exchanged items must always have their original logos attached to th m, and the original packaging must be returned.

Articles would not be approved if: 

  1. It's been worn or washed.
  2. You haven't followed correctly the cleaning or general directions.
  3. you've tried to mend yourself a mistake or flaw in the towel,

HELLO TURCO can not be held responsible for the loss or harm of the item(s) returned, so we advise you to return your products by registered email. Please ensure that your return is packed safely to prevent any harm to the product. Returns will take up to 21 working days to get back to us. We will be handling your return within 10 business days of receipt. Please keep a postal proof until we confirm that your refund has been issued.
