If for any reason our product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange your order or individual items within your order. Within 14 days of receiving your order, you must send an email to [hello@helloturco.com], in which you explain in writing your purpose and reason for returning/exchanging the respective item from your order. In this email, you must specify the products you wish to return/exchange and provide us with the order number and your bank details. Please also let us know the reason for the return/exchange so that we can continue to improve our product and service.

Once we have confirmed that the returned product has arrived in good condition, we will refund the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs) to your bank account within 10 business days after the confirmation email.
Returned or exchanged items must always have their original logos, and the original packaging must be returned.

HELLO TURCO cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of returned items, so we recommend that you send your products by registered mail. Please ensure that your return is securely packaged to avoid damage to the product. Processing returns can take up to 21 business days. We will process your return within 10 business days of receiving it. Please keep proof of shipping until we confirm that your refund has been processed.
