Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, received the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
This includes, in particular, items with custom embroidery, names, initials, dates, logos, custom text, or any other personalized design.
Personalized products therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Condition of Returned Goods
Please return the goods unused, clean, complete, and, if possible, in their original packaging.
You may, of course, inspect the goods in the same way as you would be able to in a physical store. However, if the goods are damaged, soiled, worn, washed, or otherwise reduced in value due to handling that was not necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functionality, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount for loss of value from the refund.
This applies in particular to visible signs of use, stains, odors or soiling, washed or worn items, removed tags, labels, logos or product components, as well as damaged or incomplete goods.
Returns Within Germany

Upon request, we can provide you with a return label. Return shipping costs within Germany will be deducted from the refund amount and depend on the weight and size of the parcel.
Small returns usually start from €8.90. Higher return shipping costs may apply for larger, heavier, or multiple returned items.
Before creating the return label, we will inform you of the applicable return shipping costs.
Please note that returns should only be sent with tracking. We cannot accept liability for returns without tracking if the parcel does not arrive at our address.
Returns From Abroad
Please contact us by email before sending any return from outside Germany:
Whenever possible, we will provide you with a return label. This allows us to ensure that the return is shipped with tracking and through a suitable shipping provider.
Return shipping costs from outside Germany depend on the destination country, parcel weight, parcel size, and shipping provider. These costs will be communicated before the return label is created and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Higher return shipping costs may apply for larger, heavier, or multiple returned items.
If we are unable to provide a return label for your country, we will inform you accordingly. In this case, we ask you to arrange the return independently and only with tracking.

We cannot accept liability for returns sent without prior agreement or without a valid tracking number if the parcel does not arrive at our address or cannot be reliably assigned to your order.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and has been inspected, we will inform you by email about the approval of your refund.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods or after you have provided us with proof of return shipment.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Exchanges and Claims
Exchanges are only possible by prior agreement.
